This is a copy of what my first PRE Half Marathon Running Schedule looked like. It surprisingly worked VERY well.

My Running log now has my New Marathon Training plan... surprisingly my old log was very similar to the Hal Higdon Marathon training program so I have adopted his plan and hope it works!
